ASH BODY

Strong and dense, with a striking grain pattern, ash is classic Fender tone wood. Notably resonant, it offers clearly chiming highs, well-defined midrange and strong low end.

LACQUER FINISH

The nitrocellulose lacquer finish lets the body breathe with its true tonal character and also ages and wears in a distinctively personal way.

MODERN PLAYBILITY

Combining a modern 9.5”-radius maple fingerboard, narrow-tall frets and a vintage Jazzmaster profile gives this instrument a comfortable fret-hand feel while making it easier to bend notes without fretting out.

PURE VINTAGE ‘65 PICKUPS

These period-correct single-coil pickups have the iconoclastic clean-and-clear vintage-style tone, edgy snarl and undeniable texture that made the Jazzmaster an underground favorite.

AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL JAZZMASTER BRIDGE

Engineered for ultra-stable performance, the American Professional Jazzmaster bridge features brass Mustang saddles that keep the strings where they belong and a screw-in arm that won’t fall out.

BONE NUT

A string nut fashioned from bone contributes to superior tone and performance, as well as being an authentic original-era Fender design element.
